Street preacher threatened with jail time after citing Bible verses against local Oklahoma LGBTQ organization

Pastor Rich Penkoski is appealing to the Oklahoma Supreme Court after he was issued a five-year restraining order that he says prohibits him from publicly opposing a local LGBTQ group.

Open Forum with Richard West

The show will be open forum, where Rich will have guests come in and talk about real issues without the fluff of the liberal media. Rich will discuss everything from current events, families and schools, politics and government, to law and our second amendment rights, He may even throw in some light-hearted and conspiracy topics. The show will be listener centric and respond to requests of all kinds made by the listeners of the show. The host of the show, Richard West is married to his wife Lori for 32 years. They have 3 children and family is the most important thing to Richard. Richard and Lori current own their own small business, Overstock Outlet, which has been in operation since January 2015. Richard is a sitting Missouri State Representative and currently represents District #63, Wentzville, Foristell, Wright City, New Melle and a large swath of unincorporated St Charles County. With redistricting, in 2023, Richard will be representing District #102, New Melle, Weldon Spring and all unincorporated Southern St Charles County. Richard Served as the Mayor of New Melle from April 2014 to April 2022. Richard served as a police dispatcher for the St Louis City Police Department from 1986 to 1989 when Richard entered the Eastern Missouri Police Academy and graduated in 1990. Richard worked as a police officer, police canine officer and detective until he retired in 2008, accepting a position as an International Police Adviser under the Department of State. Richard was stationed in Suallymania, Iraq for 14 months where he worked with the Kurdish Special Police and the Baghdad Police College, Baghdad Iraq, where he spent the next 14 months training and conditioning Iraqi Police Recruits as Canine Officers. Upon returning home in 2012 Richard worked as a Fraud Analyst for Centene Corporation investigating and analyzing Fraud and abuse in our Medicaid and Medicare systems. In 2014 Richard and Lori started their own family business, Overstock Outlet. Starting in their basement, Richard and Lori have grown their business out of their basement and into thriving brick and mortar business and by end of year 2022 hope to have their second location fully operational. Richard is dedicated to public service and answering to the people. His love of family and country shows in his distinguished service and dedication to providing truth and transparency of government. Richard is conservative, freedom loving, and small government minded, but understands the role that government needs to play in our lives.
